I use real-ear measurements to ensure the most accurate, individualized treatment process and optimal outcomes for every patient,” she said. Dr. Jackson explained her commitment to her community and occupation: “From an early age, I knew I wanted to work with people who are hard of hearing, and I discovered audiology while in college learning to become an educator for deaf and hard of hearing children. I had always wanted to become an educator, and every day I have the privilege of educating my patients about their hearing loss and dizziness as an audiologist.” She further revealed: “I am a Christian and have felt called to this profession.
